Investing in the development of local AI talent can fuel economic growth and innovation across sectors like healthcare, agriculture, education, and finance,\u201d OpenAI wrote in a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/openai.com\/global-affairs\/openai-academy\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">post<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In its announcement, OpenAI also highlighted the fact that it has donated API credits and technical assistance to the winners of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/tools-competition.org\/openai-learning-impact-prize\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Tools Competition<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/urn.io\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">turn.io Chat for Impact contest<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and other organizations working to address community challenges around the world.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It also translated the Massive Multitask Language Understanding (MMLU) benchmark into 14 languages, including Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Swahili, and Yoruba.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSupporting those who understand the unique cultures, economies, and social dynamics of their communities will help ensure that AI applications are tailored to meet local needs.
